For the first time my wish came true and I was at the airport during departure of Ilyushin 76; it is a real unforgettable acoustic experience. Now what I'm missing is to take photos of some arriving Il-76 (I took some photos on August 3rd at home 60 km eastern from LKTB airport, but the plane was 1,5 km above me... see Dalibor's webpage). Apart from Ilyushin we were pleased with two L-410 (Czech Aviation Authority and Czech Air Force), few small planes, regular and charter flights and one Hercles high above us. We had also a very unusual visit - two Dutch spotters visited our airport on their spotting trip along the european airports.
